3.  No cancellations are allowed less than 24 hours in advance of pick up time and will be charged the full fare.

4.  Changes to reservations within the client's control, including number of passengers need to be made at least 24 hours before the time of the trip by phone only and not by email.

TERMS, CONDITIONS, RESERVATION POLICY

Price:
1.  Buffalo Airport Shuttle rates are for a SHARED SHUTTLE unless otherwise noted, based on customers being 100% ready to load at scheduled pickup time.
2.  Residential/ Hotel pickups will be given a 5-minute grace period, after that wait time customers will be charged $1 per minute, or $60 per hour (minimum charge of $15).
3.  Rates are based on one pick-up and one drop-off per reservation.  Multiple pick-ups and/or drop-offs are subject to additional fees.
4.  Requested stops must be scheduled into the reservation at least 48 hours ahead.  This includes Duty Free stops.
5.  Driver gratuity (tip) may be included in the price of the trip depending on the trip distance.
 
Payment:
1. Any additional transportation charges will be put on the credit card at the time of service. Charges that have accumulated during the trip will be charged after the trip’s completion.
2.  Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. Transactions done with a debit card or credit card can have full fare amount charged once the trip has been booked.
3. No refunds will be issued after one week of the date of service.
4. Fares paid in Canadian currency will be subject to the current exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed in our system.

 
Customs/Immigration Delays:  
1.  Delays related to passenger documentation/incomplete documentation/COVID-19 testing/any other delays will be charged $15 minimum and $1 per minute after the first 15 minutes.
2.  If you know ahead of time that you may be stopped at the border, please notify us of such, so that we may build this time into your service.
3.  There is no charge for random vehicle inspections or traffic delays at the bridge. 
 
Cancellations:
1. All cancellations and changes to reservations must be made 24 hours in advance of pick-up time and must be done by phone only. Emails will not be accepted for any cancellations or changes.  
2. No cancellations are allowed less than 24 hours in advance of pick-up time and will be charged the full fare. Absolutely no refunds will be given if customer books travel with another company due to foregoing the previously stated wait time of up to 2 hours.
3. Changes to reservations, including number of passengers need to be made at least 24 hours before the time of the trip by phone only and not by email.
4. All refunds due to cancellation are subject to up to a $20 transaction processing fee.
 
Flight Delays: 
1.  It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate flight information. We will try to but cannot guarantee adjustment of pickup times to accommodate delayed/changed flight. If a flight is changed/cancelled within the 24 hrs. of your scheduled pickup time, we reserve the right to review the amount refunded. If a flight is cancelled, it is the client's responsibility to provide new flight information, so we may adjust your pick-up.
2.  Any passenger that cannot be contacted 30 minutes after the flight is confirmed landed, will be considered a NO SHOW, and will be charged the full fare amount.  Be sure to give us your cell/mobile phone number you are travelling with, not a home phone.
3. If there is a cancelled flight, we will require proof of cancellation sent to 
[email protected] within 24 hours in order for our review in order to determine if any refund can be given.
 
Limitations of Liability:
1.  Pick up times are approximate.  Buffalo Airport Shuttle will not be liable for missed flights due to bridge delays, poor road conditions and or weather conditions, accidents, or any other condition beyond its control. 
2.  Any expenses incurred as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections are the sole responsibility of the passenger. 

Lost Items:
1.  Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions.  We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. We can mail these items back to you if you provide a pre-paid envelope/box for shipping. Any items needed to be returned asap will incur a charge for another trip and be subject to driver availability.
2.  Any charges incurred in returning a left behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.   

Luggage:
1.  Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger.  Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings and each bag is, indeed, yours.
2.  We are not responsible for marks, scratches, broken handles, or other damage associated with normal use, wear and tear of luggage. 

Unruly Passengers:
1.  In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver’s mind is unruly or disruptive. 
2.  This includes those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose condition, conduct or behavior may be objectionable to other passengers.

Chautauqua Institution Trips: May - September:
As of the 2021 Chautauqua season, we are NOT offering the Economy shuttles. All shuttles are shared unless they are booked and billed as a private ride (paying for all available seats in the van).
